In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on Wednesday evening, the company stated that the syndication, which was provided for the purpose of financing the repayment of the $375 million syndication loan due in April 2023 and strengthening the company's financial stability and short- and medium-term strategies, has a maturity of 3 years. The statement stated that the loan, 20 percent of which is murabaha, is the company's first sustainability-related loan. The syndication agreement was signed with 5 international banks under the leadership of Bank of America, Cooperatieve Rabo Bank UA and Emirates NBD Bank Capital Limited, with the participation of JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and Sharjah Islamic Bank PJSC.
