200 million euro loan to Ford Otosan
Ford Otosan has signed a loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Ford Otosan has signed a €200 million loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the financing of its one-ton new generation commercial vehicle project. According to the statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on Wednesday evening, the maturity of €77.5 million of the loan will be four years with a two-year grace period, and interest will be Euribor plus 4.5 percent. The maturity of the remaining €122.5 million will be six years with a two-year grace period, and interest will be Euribor plus 4.65 percent. The loan, which will be repaid every six months, will be used until January 31. €54 million of the loan will come from the EBRD, and the remainder will come from the Green for Growth Fund Southeast Europe SICAV-SIF, HSBC Bank Middle East, MUFG Bank, Societe Generale and ILX Management, which participated in the syndication.
