No Adverse Effects from the Earthquake in Rize; Two Health Calls Received Due to Fear

The Interior Minister Yerlikaya stated that they have started field searches with all teams from AFAD and related institutions regarding the earthquake, which occurred in the Çamlıhemşin district of Rize at a magnitude of 4.7, while mentioning, "The earthquake was also felt in surrounding provinces including Artvin, Bayburt, Erzurum, and Trabzon. According to initial assessments, there are no negative conditions. Two health calls were received due to panic." Minister Yerlikaya conveyed his well wishes to the citizens affected by the earthquake and expressed, "May Allah protect our country and our people from disasters."
