İş Bankası has authorized the purchase of shares, provided that the total amount to be paid is limited to 3 billion liras. İş Bankası announced that it has authorized the general directorate to purchase the shares of its publicly held partnerships from the market until the end of 2023, provided that the total amount to be paid is limited to 3 billion liras. According to the statement published on the Public Disclosure Platform last night, the companies that can be purchased are Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları, Türkiye Sinai Kalkınma Bankası, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, İş Finansal Kiralama, İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı, İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler, Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi, İş Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı, İş Yatırım Ortaklığı and TSKB Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı. There will be no restrictions on share purchases on a company basis.
